Contraflow begins at 6 on Sunday.
Gustav should make landfall to the west of the New Orleans metro area on Tuesday morning, at or around Category 3 strength. (This is not to say that the storm could veer slightly to the east which means we are fucked.)
Officials are still planning for voluntary evacuations and due to variations in the storms intensity and path, may call for immediate, mandatory evacuations.
