If I take a massive amount of Ambien and Klonopin and fill out my student loan consolidation paperwork, and then decide a few months from now that I don’t feel like paying back a six figure sum for the rest of my life (because I’m a Millennial and have zero chance of paying anything back, ever, thanks to the olds), can I claim that I was under the influence of a massive amount of drugs and wasn’t of sound mind or body and the provision that says it’s a legally binding contract won’t apply and my life won’t get extremely shitty?
